And that is just what we at Carriage Foods provide to the finest white tablecloth restaurants in the Greater New Orleans area.

 
    Carriage Foods offers a full line of Meat products in every grade and cut imaginable. We offer Beef in Black Angus, Prime, Choice, Select and our own Tuxedo Brand. All of our beef products can be purchased as whole pieces or in Custom Cut Portions . We are here to serve your needs.

    In addition to Beef, we also offer other meat items such as Pork, Veal, Lamb, Chicken, Turkey, Game Birds, Seafood, Wild Game, and Sausages. These as well can be ordered whole or cut to your specifications. All of our products can be ordered fresh as well as frozen for your convenience.

    In an effort to be your full line Protein supplier, Carriage Foods also offers dairy items. These items include fresh Cheeses, Eggs, Creams, and Butters. We also carry a full line of Frozen Pies, Cakes, ands Pastries.

    We are constantly improving our selection for our customers.  If we don’t currently carry an item that you need, please let a member of our sales department know and we will make every effort to source and carry the product for you.

    All of our items are Federally inspected by our in-house USDA inspectors to ensure quality and freshness to our customers and yours. All custom cut meats and ground products are processed fresh when ordered.
 

    We offer same day delivery service in most cases. We are open for business Monday through Friday to serve you. Our customer service department is available to assist you with your order from 7:30 AM until 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. We also have a 24 hour answering service available to help you place your orders when it is convenient for you. We deliver Monday through Friday. For your convenience, Carriage accepts Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We can also offer terms to those businesses that qualify, please click here to fill out an application.
